My Approach

My work is grounded in Jungian analysis and informed by Eastern contemplative traditions like Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism. I also integrate insights from decolonial and feminist thinkers such as Gloria Anzaldúa, whose work explores healing and the weaving together of fragmented aspects of the self.

A central principle guiding my practice is Ātma-sākṣi -Sanskrit for “Soul or Self Witness”. This means I hold a stance of attentive, non-intrusive presence. Rather than imposing interpretations, I offer a space where your inner world can emerge naturally, through dreams, free association, silences, bodily sensations, and imagery.

The analytic process is not about quick fixes; it is a steady engagement that can involve revisiting old patterns, encountering hiddenaspects of the psyche, and integrating unacknowledged parts of yourself. My role is to accompany you — as you uncover your own truth.

My Services

I offer individual psychoanalytic sessions within a framework of ongoing depth work. The analytic setting is oriented not toward diagnosis or advice, but toward the careful unfolding of unconscious dynamics, symbolic processes, and the unique logic of each person’s inner world.

Areas of Work Include:

  • Dream Analysis: Dreams are the language of your unconscious mind. We explore them using Jungian and Gestalt methods, letting the meaning arise naturally.
  • Shadow Work: Healing begins with understanding the parts of yourself you’ve pushed away or denied. We look at these “shadows” not as problems, but as sources of growth and possibility.
  • Archetypal Exploration: We draw on symbols and stories—from Greek, Hindu, and other traditions—to help you make sense of universal patterns that appear in your personal journey.
  • Individuation and Identity Work: Becoming truly yourself means exploring the influences of family, culture, and society. Psychoanalysis helps you develop a more authentic sense of identity.
  • Somatic and emotional Integration: Sometimes the body holds feelings we can’t yet put into words. We pay attention to sensations, intuitive images, and emotions as pathways to healing.
