My Approach

My approach is grounded in Jungian psychoanalysis, with careful attention to the complexity of the psyche and the dynamics of inner transformation. Jung himself was interested in certain aspects of Eastern wisdom—such as meditation, symbols, and attentiveness to the unconscious—not as substitutes for analytic practice, but as resources to deepen inner experience.

I also give particular attention to contemporary feminist and decolonial perspectives, paying tribute to voices such as Gloria Anzaldúa, whose work explores healing and the weaving together of the different parts of the self.

A fundamental principle of my work is the posture of the witness, which I associate with the notion of Ātma-sākṣi, a Sanskrit term meaning “witness of the self.” In my practice, this refers to the capacity to remain attentive and respectful toward one's inner world—to observe thoughts, images, sensations, and emotions without judgment or haste.

This attitude resonates with the Jungian analyst’s benevolent neutrality, creating a safe space in which the unconscious can emerge freely.

In this spirit, I do not seek to impose ready-made solutions or deliver immediate interpretations. My commitment is to support the spontaneous emergence of what in each person needs to be seen, understood, and integrated. Dreams, images, memories, silence, bodily sensations, and emotions are all welcomed as pathways toward deeper self-knowledge.

From this perspective, the analytic process is not a race for quick results, but a commitment over time, allowing for the revisiting of old patterns, encounters with unknown aspects of the self, and integration of the parts left out of one’s story. My role is to accompany each person on this journey of exploration and integration, so that they may discover their own inner coherence and live more in tune with themselves.

My Services

I offer individual sessions of Jungian psychoanalysis as part of a thorough and ongoing process. The analytic framework is not focused on advice or diagnosis, but aims to support, over time, the unfolding of unconscious dynamics, symbolic processes, and the exploration of each person’s unique inner world.

The analytic approach is centered around:

  • Dream analysis: Dreams are a privileged language of the unconscious. We explore them through Jungian methods, paying attention to their images, associations, and symbolic dimension, allowing meaning to emerge unique to your experience.
  • Shadow work: This process involves encountering and understanding aspects of yourself that have been previously repressed or ignored. The shadow, far from being a fault, can become a source of knowledge and personal growth, in line with the Jungian vision of psychic integration.
  • Archetypal exploration: When appropriate, I draw on references to mythology or art, as Jung suggested, to shed light on universal motifs that may run through your personal story.
  • Individuation and identity: Analytic work accompanies the full realization of self, at the crossroads of familial, cultural, and collective legacies, helping you develop a more authentic relationship with yourself and the world.
  • Attention to somatic and emotional experience: Sometimes, the body and emotions express unconscious content unreachable by words alone. We welcome sensations, images, and emotional states as doorways to inner transformation.
