My work is grounded in Jungian analysis and informed by Eastern contemplative traditions like Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism. I also integrate insights from decolonial and feminist thinkers such as Gloria Anzaldúa, whose work explores healing and the weaving together of fragmented aspects of the self.
A central principle guiding my practice is Ātma-sākṣi -Sanskrit for “Soul or Self Witness”. This means I hold a stance of attentive, non-intrusive presence. Rather than imposing interpretations, I offer a space where your inner world can emerge naturally, through dreams, free association, silences, bodily sensations, and imagery.
The analytic process is not about quick fixes; it is a steady engagement that can involve revisiting old patterns, encountering hiddenaspects of the psyche, and integrating unacknowledged parts of yourself. My role is to accompany you — as you uncover your own truth.
My Services
I offer individual psychoanalytic sessions within a framework of ongoing depth work. The analytic setting is oriented not toward diagnosis or advice, but toward the careful unfolding of unconscious dynamics, symbolic processes, and the unique logic of each person’s inner world.
